  1. On location detail page from 17.1
  2. Set room status (e.g., "Out of Order", "Maintenance", "Available")
  3. Save

17.3: Create Work Order with Emergency Flag

Steps:

  1. Create work order
  2. Look for "Emergency" flag/checkbox
  3. Set emergency flag
  4. Submit

  2. View access log section
  3. Verify access entries visible

  3. Set chargeback information:
    • Chargeback flag
    • Chargeback amount (if available)
    • Notes
  4. Save
