- 2-3 categories (e.g., Plumbing, Electrical)
- 1-2 locations (e.g., Building A > Room 101)
- 1 basic SLA rule (if needed for W8)
- 1 assignment group (if needed for W3)
- Test users: Worker, Manager, Inspector, Guest
